Production capacity of over 1 million m2/year, thicknesses ranging from 2.8 to 25 mm and absolute precision are made possible by our next-generation systems of cutting. Automated warehouse and robotic workstation ensure fast, safe flows traced to the next processing stages.

The department boasts a complete range of machines: 3 automated grinding and drilling lines, 3 double-sided grinders for finishes, 2 horizontal machining centres for shaping and 1 equipped area (vertical grinders, drill and waterjet) for special articles. Versatility and quality guaranteed for every type of glass and for all the over 6 million metres processed in a year.

Roller enamelling and screen printing with frame, managed both manually and automatically depending on the size. Production reaches over 2000 pieces/day on automatic lines and up to 300 oversize pieces/day, with constant quality control and a wide range of sizes, colors and applications.

Equipped with 4 furnaces, one of which next-generation (2023), the company offers maximum production flexibility: 3 tilting furnaces for flat glass (thicknesses 2.8-25 mm) and 1 continuous furnace for curved and flat glass (thicknesses 3-10 mm). High capacity, optimised turnaround times and constant quality make the company a European leader in the tempering process.
