Cutting

Production capacity: over 1 million m2/year

The advanced technological solutions and next-generation systems ensure high standards and absolute precision in every production phase.

An automated warehouse classifies the raw material by type and thickness, quickly and efficiently feeding the work bench. At the end of this phase, a robotic workstation manages the automatic movement of the sheets, guaranteeing a continuous and traced flow through to the next processes. The production process is fluid, safe and seamless.

Grinding, drilling and shaping

Screen printing

Oversized: 300 pcs/day
Series: 2,000 pcs/day

Screen printing is carried out using two main techniques:

  • roller enamelling
  • screen printing with screen print frame

Both processes can be performed with manual or automatic systems, depending on the size of the format, technical specifications and requested volumes.

Daily oversize production peaks at around 300 pieces/day, divided into dozens of types that differ in size, colour, thickness and application, from shower enclosures to electrical switchboards. The capacity of the automatic lines is over 2000 pieces/day, with continuous, high-efficiency production and high quality standards, made possible by constant controls on materials and processes, traceability and the monitoring of production batches.

Tempering - 4 tempering furnaces

The company has four glass tempering furnaces, including a next-generation system installed in 2023. 

The exceptional versatility and performance of each furnace makes it possible to guarantee maximum production flexibility and optimised processing times. This makes Sacilese the go-to partner in Italy and Europe for the tempering of flat and curved glass.

Oscillating flat glass tempering furnaces

3 oscillating flat glass tempering furnaces (thicknesses of 2.8-25 mm), one of which dedicated to specific processes; suitable for a wide range of sizes and types of flat glass, they make it possible to manage multiple jobs in parallel, guaranteeing high production capacity and efficiency;

Continuous furnace for curved and flat glass

1 continuous furnace for curved and flat glass (thicknesses of 3-10 mm), suitable for cylindrical or J-bent curves, particularly indicated for guaranteeing excellent quality standards in the production of large volumes thanks to the continuous configuration and constant management of the process. 

Warehouse

2500 m2 of floor space

An organised 2500 m2 space is dedicated to the stock of each customer, enabling the efficient control of the warehouse and making a decisive contribution to the quality of the service offered. 

The continuous updating of stock, together with the monitoring and adjustment of flows according to demand and forecasts, guarantees faster delivery times and more reliable shipments.
